Works in Progress

Recently I have purchased two quilt patterns with the same name Deck the Halls.  Even though they are both Christmas they are very different.

A couple of weeks ago I started Deck the a Halls by Fig n Berry so this is further progress.

And some more.

The other Deck the Halls is by Crabapple Hill.

This is my progress so far.

Some close ups because I had to be too far away to get the whole thing in.

It has been coloured with crayons then heat set.  Special note for Cheryl the heat setting makes such a difference to the colouring.  Cheryl of Cheryl's Stitching is also making this so we are helping each other along the way.  The threads are Cosmo.  I am so loving making this but it will be a long time before it is finished.

Lastly I have been working on a mini.

This is by Fig Tree & Co and is called Mini Stitch.  I have used some of my Bonnie & Camille scraps from Vintage Modern, Ruby, Happy Go Lucky, Marmalade, Scruptious and April Showers.  Just the binding and hanger to stitch down and then find a place to hang it.

Until next time happy stitching.
